A HomeSale agent since 2003, Nanette Behrens works out of the company’s Oak Creek office. “HomeSale Realty is like my second family,” Nanette says. “It’s a group of honest, caring and loyal agents. I would not want to be anywhere else!” Her passion for the real estate business was rewarded in 2004 as she made over $1 million in sales and received a HomeSale 2004 Silver Award for her efforts.

Nanette bought her first home 10 years ago. Though leery of the entire home-buying process at first, a realtor friend helped her understand how everything works and made things extremely comfortable for her. Nanette acquired her Mortgage Broker’s license to become better educated about the financial side of home buying.

A member of the Chamber of Commerce who also has a background in Graphic Design and Marketing, Nanette says her personal sales philosophy encompasses an understanding that, “Buying a home can be a very large investment and this can be a very unnerving experience for the buyer. Buying a home should be an enjoyable experience and a safe investment. I work hard to make sure the client is comfortable every step of the way.”
